Gila County Nursing Homes

My father was the victim of horrible neglect by a nursing home, which caused his death. I have never been involved in anything having to do with the legal system, and even after my father’s death, I was very reluctant to look for an attorney to advise me about a potential case.  Luckily, I was referred to attorney James Morgan. Mr. Morgan was honest and supportive through the whole process.  Within four months, my case was settled.  I am hopeful that through my father’s case, as well as the efforts of Mr. Morgan and his law firm, nursing homes will create safer and better living conditions for their residents so that other residents and their families will not have to suffer as my father and my family did. My family and I will always be grateful for Mr. Morgan’s kindness and competence, and the peace of mind we now have thanks to the resolution of our case.
