Fountain Hills Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers

Welcome to the Fountain Hills Nursing Home Abuse and Elder Abuse Law Firm Attorney Resource and Information Page.

When we decide to place our elderly and/or dependant loved ones in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, we expect that they will receive quality physical, medical, and compassionate care.  However, the truth of the matter is that often nursing home and long-term care residents do not receive the care they are supposed to.  Often they are subjected to painful abuse and neglect at the hands of their caretakers.  Elder abuse and neglect have been found to be all too frequent occurrences, sometimes with deadly results.  Signs of elder abuse and elder neglect include unexplained bruising and injuries, frequent infections, bedsores, questionable hygiene, unexplained weight loss, emotional distress, and unsanitary living conditions.

In 1987, the Federal government enacted the Nursing Home Reform Law that guarantees certain rights to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities.  These rights focus on treating the residents with dignity, respect, quality of life, and the ability to ensure that the residents can make their own choices.  At the Arizona Nursing Home Abuse Law Firm, we advocate for these rights and work hard to ensure that Arizona seniors are protected from abuse and neglect.  Our highly-skilled Arizona nursing home abuse lawyers aggressively seek to right wrongs when it comes to elder abuse, nursing home abuse, and nursing home neglect cases.
