Chandler Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers

Welcome to the Chandler Nursing Home Abuse and Elder Abuse Law Firm Attorney Resource and Information Page.

Elder abuse, nursing home abuse, and nursing home neglect are major problems throughout the nation.  Unfortunately, nursing home abuse and elder abuse often go unreported.  All too often, victims are afraid or unable to report the neglect or abuse and thus, the neglect and/or abuse continues.  It is important that both residents and their families watch for signs and symptoms of neglect and/or abuse and take action when it is suspected.  Elder abuse, nursing home abuse, and nursing home neglect may include physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, and financial exploitation.  While physical abuse may be obvious, oftentimes victims are emotionally or psychologically harmed and fail to report the abuse.  Elder abuse and neglect comes in all forms and might even involve the withholding of medication, failing to provide nutritious food, or even simply refusing to arrange for transportation to doctor appointments.

At the Arizona Nursing Home Abuse Law Firm, our Arizona nursing home abuse lawyers are dedicated to protecting elderly nursing home residents who are unable to protect themselves.  Our highly-skilled Arizona nursing home abuse lawyers fight to ensure that elder abuse victims receive the compensation they deserve when they have been physically abused, sexually abused, verbally abused, financially abused, medically neglected, etc.  If you or your loved one is being abused or neglected, please contact us today.  We offer free initial consultations.

My father was the victim of horrible neglect by a nursing home, which caused his death. I have never been involved in anything having to do with the legal system, and even after my father’s death, I was very reluctant to look for an attorney to advise me about a potential case.  Luckily, I was referred to attorney James Morgan. Mr. Morgan was honest and supportive through the whole process.  Within four months, my case was settled.  I am hopeful that through my father’s case, as well as the efforts of Mr. Morgan and his law firm, nursing homes will create safer and better living conditions for their residents so that other residents and their families will not have to suffer as my father and my family did. My family and I will always be grateful for Mr. Morgan’s kindness and competence, and the peace of mind we now have thanks to the resolution of our case.
